3. When will Tongyu start campus recruitment? How to get the details?

We plan to start the school recruitment schedule in early October. The cities we plan are: Guilin, Hefei, Shanghai, Chongqing, and Chengdu. Please pay attention to the WeChat public account information updates for the time and location.

4. Is it possible to hand in resumes on site?

Resume can be delivered on-site, and online delivery of resumes in advance will have the opportunity to become a campus ambassador and enter the second round selection in advance.

5. Does Tongyu only tagert students from colleges and universities covered by campus recruitment tour?

You can welcome to attend our campus recruitment talk close to and convenient for you and submit your resume there. Or you can submit online.

7. Can previous graduates (such as 2019, 2020 graduates or even earlier) participate in the 2021 campus recruitment?

The annual campus recruitment only focuses on fresh graduates, but past graduates can also pay attention to Tongyu’s social recruitment.

8. Is the online test scored on-the-spot? What device is required for your online test? Do you start the interview exam right after the recruitment talk?

Yes, we will arrange the online test on site after the talk, and you will just need to use your mobile phone to do it; list for interview will be announced on-the-spot, please pay attention to it in time.

9. How many rounds of interviews are there? How long does the offer take?

The interview is divided into two rounds of initial test and retest. The offer will be made within 4 hours after the retest, and the tripartite agreement will be signed the next following day.

10. Does Tongyu pay special attention to academic performance, English certificates, social practice, student leaders, etc.?

This is only a reference information during the interview, but it is not the most important one. It mainly depends on the matching degree and potential with the job requirements.

11. What is Tongyu requirement for English?

With the international development of Tongyu and the expansion of overseas business, the English requirements for employees are getting higher and higher. For graduates, we will distinguish them according to the job requirements. CET-4 or higher is not mandatory at this moment, but it will be an advantage.

12. Do we have time to prepare before we accept Tongyu’s offer?

Yes, Tongyu has always adhered to the principle of mutual respect and mutual satisfaction, and will give students time to consider. We will give a detailed introduction and explanation of the content related to the contract, but we still recommend you to discuss with your family before signing the contract.

13. Can we sign a contract with the company before we get the tripartite agreement?

Sure.  You can contact us and courier tripartite agreement to us after you get it from the school. However, we will reserve the offer for you in agreed period due to vacancy limitation.

14. What is the salary structure of Tongyu's employees?

The monthly salary combines with fixed salary and variable KPI. There will be year-end bonuses as well adjusted by company profit and personal performance. R&D can enjoy project bonuses and technological innovation rewards each year.

15. What is Tongyu's overtime requirement?

Many excellent Tongyu employees actively work overtime to pursue excellence work. It is own arrangement according to your tasks.

15. what is the office hour and how about the OT requirement?

It will be 8:30 to 17:30 from Monday to Friday and 8:30 to 12:30 on Saturday morning. Tongyu does not encourage overtime but many excellent Tongyu employees actively work overtime to pursue excellence work .

16. Is the salary package related to the interview result?

It is not. The salary package for fresh graduates is set according to the job offers and company Pay Scale only. But salary package will be reviewed and adjusted yearly based on your performance according to company salary adjustment mechanism.

17. What is the company's reward policy for outstanding employees?

Better performed employee will get higher KPI salary as it is linked to individual performance. Tongyu also encourage employee to engage more company projects, and then they can enjoy project rewards. 20. Does Tongyu provide five social insurances and one housing fund?

We do have this. In addition to endowment insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, employment injury insurance and maternity insurance, we also provide clinic medical insurance.

21. Does the company provide accommodation and catering service?

We provide free accommodation and self-pay catering, normal RMB6/meal.

22. How to report?

23. Does the company detain graduation certificates and degree certificates?

Under normal circumstances, the company prohibits this behavior.

24. If a contract is signed, what will be the contractual period?

It will be a five-year contract which includes half-year probation period and remaining 4.5 years will be permanent.

25. How to transfer graduates “Household Register” and personnel files? Can I register in Tongyu if I am a non-211 college graduates?

We have a dedicated person to contact the graduates in May 2021 for this. Graduates are free to choose whether to transfer and register their “household Register”.

26. What is the geographic location of Tongyu Company? What is the consumption expenditure level?

Tongyu is located in the Torch Development Zone, Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, and it is one of the important hubs in the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Greater Bay Area. Zhongshan consumption level is at a low level in the Pearl River Delta.
