Make and refine company financial management system procedures, including but not limited to: accounting, funding, budgeting and cost control, risk management, key performance indicating and etc. 

Finance department also participates in company strategy decisions making by providing professional analysis considering Financial regulations and own company rules to drive company grow in production, sales development, investment and etc.
