This Privacy Policy statement (the “Policy”) provides information on the practices and policies of Tongyu Communication Inc. (referred to as “Tongyu”,  "the Company", “we”, “us” and “our”) and applies to information collection and use including but not limited to our websites and publications that display or provides link to this Policy.

 

Tongyu takes individuals' privacy seriously. We respect your privacy and we shall:

(3)       account details, including account numbers, service numbers, or user accounts, and/or payment details, including credit card and banking information for payment purpose;

(4)       in connection with an account sign-in facility, your log-in and password details;

(5)       the content of any communications you send to us, for example, to report a problem or to submit queries, concerns or comments regarding the website content or anything related to the company;  and

(6)       information from surveys that we may, from time to time, run on our websites for research purposes, if you choose to respond to, or participate in, them.
