Occupational Health and Safety Policy

Tongyu communication Inc. (short for "Tongyu company") ,has established occupational health and safety management system, adhere to continuous improvement and the principle of accident prevention, constantly monitor and review within the scope of occupational health and safety management system , so as to adapt tochangingfactors of internal and external occupational health , and carry out some activities regarding occupational health and safety management.This policy applies to all staff and suppliers of company.

Policy of occupational health and safety management is as below.

1.Comply with the EICC (electronic industry civil unions) and regulations of OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system , formulate management manual, procedure documents and working instruction system, fully defining the security post accountability and management content.

2. By carrying out of employee training concerning the safety management system and safety knowledge popularization activities, we can raise the awareness of identifying risks of employees, improve the ability of self-salvation and self-protection.

3. Carry out fire drills, rescue drillingand emergency drill regularly, so as to improve employees’ emergency response capability.

4. Attach great importance to the employees' safety protection, provide comprehensive security protection equipment and personal protective equipment.

5. Carry out annual occupational physical examination for employees who is in charge of solder, chemicals, and other special positions

6. Set up infirmary and deploy some full-time doctors, provide instant service for daily diagnosis for employees.

7. Every year, phase out old equipment or backward technology, using machines to implace high repeatability, difficult operation, and reduce the impact on employees by providing physical protection device and barriers againstthe machinery.

8. Pay attention to the canteen,and dormitory’s public health, provide clean drinking water, toilet facilities and clean dining environment, the company’s administration do select examinationfor drinking water, and send public tableware to the third party inspection agency for health security.

9. Make procedures of inspecting and handling eventto prevention, management, tracking and reporting industrial injury and disease, including the following provisions: encourage employees’ report; classify and record  industrial injury and illness cases; provide necessary medical services; investigate the case and take corrective measures to eliminate the influence;help employees to return to work.
